For married couple Lee and Tenniel, real estate has always been about more than just property. What they love most is the people, stories, and life-changing moments that turn a house into a home. In 1999, Lee and Tenniel were both working in real estate, living in the coastal town of Rockingham, where they first fell in love with beachside living. Frequent surf trips and camping adventures pulled them to the South West, and by 2004, they knew this stunning region was where they belonged.

After years of working alongside Eloise Jennings and Andrew Hopkins, Lee and Tenniel partnered with them to launch JHY Realty in 2009. Together, they built a respected agency, spending over 15 years helping more than 500 families make their next move in the South West. In 2025, they’re setting out on a new path with York Property, a boutique agency inspired by the beauty and calm of the region. This next chapter isn’t about working faster, it’s about working with intention. It’s about taking the time to connect with every client, celebrating milestones, and making the process as rewarding as possible.
