Lee York,
Director + Sales Executive.

Above all, Lee has a deep appreciation of everything this region has to offer. From its relaxed pace of life to the close-knit community, breathtaking landscapes and world-class wine, he is proud to call the Southwest home. That’s why he is passionate about helping others find their place here too. Whether you’re making the move for the first time or looking for a fresh start within the area, Lee is here to share his knowledge, connections and love for this beautiful region.

Commencing work in the real estate industry in 1999 as a Sales Consultant for Century 21 in Rockingham, Lee went on to complete his Diploma in Real Estate to obtain his full licence in 2003. Lee was partners in JHY Realty from 2009 – 2025, before opening York Property South West with his wife Tenniel & long serving Executive Assistant Donna Hoole in May 2025.

Lee has consistently been recognised within the top 5 performing agents for “Total Value of Property Sold” for the Busselton to Margaret River Region (as per REIWA records) showing his ongoing commitment to achieving the highest possible price for his sellers.

Lee understands the real estate industry requires a careful balance – a harmony between achieving the best result for the seller and finding the perfect property for the buyer.
Communication is one of Lee’s strong points and he understands the frustration of not being kept informed about the progress of the sale.

Tenniel Harman-York,
Director + Sales Coordinator.

You’re busy and we’re here to take care of the logistics, making sure nothing is overlooked. With over 25 years of industry experience, we know what works and how to handle every detail seamlessly, so you don’t have to.

Tenniel studied Mathematics at university, graduating with Honours, before entering the real estate industry with Lee in 2002. Having worked in most areas of the real estate world including as Lee’s Executive Assistant, Property Manager and from 2009 – 2025 as Director and Financial Controller for JHY Realty, Tenniel is a qualified and registered Sales Representative and REIWA member. 

Tenniel alongside Lee as Director’s, now works as Business Manager, Financial Controller & Contract Administrator for York Property South West ensuring our sellers and buyers are in the safest of hands throughout the contract phase.

As any of our team or past clients will attest, Tenniel is extremely detail oriented, the perfect trait when dealing with clients contracts and providing operations oversight. 

But don’t be fooled, her witty sense of humour ensures as Business Manager we are all kept in high spirits. 

Donna Hoole,
Sales Consultant + Executive Assistant.

Over the past 30 years, Donna has helped hundreds of families turn their property dreams into reality and in that time, she’s seen it all. Donna understands the challenges, the questions, and the moments of uncertainty that come with buying or selling a home. That’s why she is here to guide you every step of the way with clear, straightforward support, to make sure you always feel informed and in control. With a blend of proven expertise and genuine care, Donna makes the complex feel simple, so you can focus on what matters most while she takes care of the details that get you there.

Starting in real estate in the Southwest in 1992, Donna can draw on her 30 years’ experience within the real estate & building industries to pass on her wealth of knowledge and understanding of all things real estate!

Donna has proficiency in all facets of the real estate industry including sales, administration, marketing, residential & commercial property management as well as 5 years in new home sales. Her vast experience has provided a deep understanding of the entire process of buying and selling, which can only benefit York Property South West clients.

In her role as Sales Consultant & Executive Assistant to Lee York, Donna employs her many strengths & is the designated client contact point for Lee York. Always readily available to support whether it’s initiating the marketing campaign, taking buyers through properties or piloting you through the contract process, it’s a role Donna aspires to.

When not at work Donna loves exploring everything the beautiful Margaret River Wine Region offers, early morning walks & spending time with her 3 grown children.

Ainslie Higgins,
Reception + Marketing Coordinator.

Joining the York Property South West team as our Receptionist & Marketing Co-ordinator Ainslie brings with her a wealth of knowledge in online media having run her own internet based fashion company.

“I first met Ainslie as she was working on the front desk at my local Physio studio - she was always so welcoming and helpful – Ainslie then purchased a property from me”, company director Lee tells us. “Ainslie clearly resonated with our company culture and work ethic joining our team as both marketing co-ordinator and director of first impressions.”

Ainslie personally visits all new listings to better understand all facets of your property, ensuring she knows where to focus the buyer’s attention and gain a better awareness of how to maximise marketing budgets.
